Less than 100 days from now Epic Universe will be open for all of us to enjoy. I am super excited for a whole new theme park to explore. I am most excited for Dark Universe. I was looking at the video and it looks so cool! The restaurants and food in that section looks the best to me. Let’s take a look at some of the options that have been revealed.
Celestial Park
As the central hub of Epic Universe, Celestial Park features a variety of dining options:
Sea Bass (Atlantic) – a delectable portion of Sea Bass nestled amid the subtle sweetness of carrot mochi and vibrant crunch of fresh sugar snap peas. Aromatic lemongrass broth complements the buttery bass, while starfruit slices add a splash of tropical citrus notes
Landlubber’s Snickerdoodle Loot (Atlantic) – a fun beach-style dessert perfect for young explorers featuring a snickerdoodle cake served in a beach pail with cookie butter ganache, surrounded by Biscoff sand and gummy sharks
Tonkotsu Ramen (The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant) – this Asian comfort food features delicate ramen noodles immersed in a rich pork broth, topped with tender chashu pork, tare egg, shiitake mushrooms, and fragrant togarashi oil Platters with Mango Bread & Pickles – (The Oak & Star Tavern) – guests can choose from smoked brisket, smoked ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage or spit-roasted herbed-infused chicken and pair with sides like braised greens, mac and cheese, and more

Dining Locations:
The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant: Dine under a canopy of stars alongside neon dragons. Menu highlights include Tonkotsu Ramen, Double Fried Korean Wings, and Beef Xi’an Noodles. For dessert, the Passion Fruit Mooncake offers a sweet finish.
Atlantic: An undersea-themed restaurant within a Victorian aquarium, offering dishes like Sea Bass with carrot mochi and a Grand Atlantic Martini.
The Oak & Star Tavern: Gather around an oak tree to enjoy savory barbecue platters featuring smoked brisket, pulled pork, and more, accompanied by sides like braised greens and mac and cheese.
Pizza Moon: Savor pizzas such as the Harvest Moon Pizza, topped with grilled artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and arugula.

“Blood” Orange Chicken Sandwich (Das Stakehaus) – flash-fried marinated chicken breast tossed in a tantalizing blood orange sauce served in a sinister black bun with tangy pickles, a slaw and crispy fries
Our Favorite Vegan Familiar’s Stuffed Cabbage (VG) (Das Stakehaus) – featuring impossible meat wrapped in tender cabbage leaves nestled in a rich bell pepper tomato sauce and accompanied by a vibrant beet bucatini

Das Stakehaus - Quick service. Enjoy a hearty meal while surrounded by vampire artwork and artifacts! (super excited for this one)
The Burning Blade Tavern - Quick service. A menu of burgers, wings, bratwursts, pretzels and beverages. The windmill erupts into flames several times an hour. The bell tower will ring when it’s about to ignite. I hope they have a larger area than at Dragon Alley to accommodate all of the people that will be standing there with their phones to capture it!
De Lacey’s Cottage - Quick service. Visitors can refresh themselves with cinnamon bites, pretzels and more.
